Where does Gigi & Suz ship to?

Gigi & Suz is currently shipping to:

  • Customers within the United States and U.S. territories
  • Including P.O. Boxes. 
  • All US Military bases, APO/FPO
  • Puerto Rico, Guam, and U.S. Virgin Islands.

Gigi & Suz does not currently ship to customers outside the United States at this time.

Shipping speed is one of our top priorities and therefore, we will only officially expand shipping to other regions besides the United States when we can guarantee the shipping time.  

 

How long does the shipping take?

Gigi & Suz is a cross border company with warehouses in both the U.S. and overseas.

 

Standard Shipping times:

USA products: 2 - 5 business days*
Overseas products: 5 - 8 business days* 
Overseas products: 5 - 10 business days*

 

Gigi & Suz does not currently ship to residents outside the US.

Please note- Orders that contain 15 or more overseas products (all have to be the same shipping timeframe) will be shipped directly to you, which can cut down shipping time by 2 - 3 business days. 

 

 Processing time

After your payment is authorized and verified, Standard orders can still take up to 7 business days to process. This is just an estimate and doesn't include weekends or holidays. Our Made in USA items are shipping directly from the USA, while the rest of the items will be shipped from our main warehouse from overseas. Items can take another 3-5 / 7-14 working days to deliver depending on the shipping method you have selected at check out.

How can my customers track their orders?

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

You will receive an email with tracking number once the order is shipped. You can can log into your account with the phone number you registered during check out. To log in, you can go to your Gigi & Suz store and tap on the person icon in the upper right corner.

What if I put in the wrong address for shipping?

WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that she or he enters the shipping address correctly. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times, hence there is a small window to cancel/change your order or to change the address of your order. If you decide to cancel your order or change your shipping address, please write to us at customercare@gigiandsuz.com, as soon as you place your order. We will do our best to make the change, however we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so, as there are varying time limits in which we are able to do so.


Please note that your parcel will be returned to us if the shipping address is incorrect. In this case, we have to wait for your parcel to be returned to us and then we can either re-ship the parcel to your correct address ( additional shipping charges apply ) or provide you with a refund or store credit in line with our Return Policy.
